Communication Requests

If you’re a communication chair looking to add something to our weekly newsletter, then please submit your entry by 9pm Wednesday to be included in the Sunday email. Information we will need include:

Your Name

Email Address

Request Details (Timing, Important Info, etc.)

Where would you like it published? (Weekly email, Facebook, Website Page, Website News, Website – Upcoming Events)

Please provide web-ready content EXACTLY as you would like it to appear.

Please provide any URLs that will be included/referenced.

Please email any attachments or images directly to communications@forestglenpta.org.

Volunteering in the Building

When volunteering inside the building at Forest Glen, you MUST have your driver’s license with you. The front office will hold your license for the duration of your visit in exchange for a visitor’s badge. The badge must be visible to building staff at all times. Furthermore, the school will require you to fill out a volunteer packet.

2024-2025 Check Request Form – Please use this form for all reimbursement requests.

2024-2025 Cash Request Form – Please use this form for all petty cash requests; note, requests should be made at least one week prior to PTA event.

2024-2025 Cash Deposit Form – Please print and include this completed form with the return of all petty-cash to the Treasurer; all cash should be returned within 48 hours of PTA event.
